Description:
The E-glass SMC roving is varied for Class A, structure and boiling resistance type. It's one of quick wet out and et through. Compatible with unsaturated polyester(UP), vinlyester(VE). They are widely utilized in manufacturing spare parts and body of automobile, electronics, shell of instruments, wall panel of construction, profile and water tank panel.
Characteristics:
1. Silicane coupling agent, bring composite high mechanical strength and boiling resistance.
2. Adopting special designed sizing, low static, rare fuzz and fly fiber, good choppability, less consumption of cutter blade and rubber roller.
3. Excellent dispersion,fiber spreads even and no bulk or pile accumulated.
4. Excellent wet out and et through , low fluff in SMC sheet.

SMC roving os wrapped by shrinkage packing,then put into pallets or carton. 48 rolls or 64 rolls each pallet, 2 rolls per carton, each roll weights 18kgs or 24kgs. Carton can't be stacked higher than 5 tiers, and pallet not higher than 2 tiers.
